"I cannot say enough about how much Ethan enjoyed your program. He never once said he didn’t want to go and only once did I have to wake him up. We love the low instructor to kid ratio and how quick you were to correct negative behaviors. We saw a tremendous growth in Ethan’s confidence this year and saw him start to try new things that he otherwise would not have had the confidence to do. We also loved how the instructors dealt with the kids, how they were always very positive when correcting them. Most of all we loved to see the smile that Ethan had even when he was tired and the joy he got when he finally learned how to do eagles. I didn’t think it was possible for a kid to love power skating but he truly did. After his session today he made sure to tell me that today was the last day and he wanted to do it again next year.
The only suggestion I would have would be to have the on ice parent observation days when I’m not preoccupied with work. I would have loved to have been there to learn as well.
Thank you for allowing him to be a part of your group this year and hopefully he will have the opportunity to do so in the future. If you are ever running any other programs please let us know as we have not seen any other products offered in our area that even come close to producing the results we saw this year."
